Winemaker Notes

Straw yellow with gold reflections, fine and persistent perlage. The aromas recall green apples, white peaches and citrus fruits; delicate hints of acacia flowers in the finish. The palate is fresh, light and pleasantly lively, with a good balance between acidity and sugar, making it feel elegant and refined.

Ideal as an aperitif or in mixed cocktails. Complements white fish, seafood and risottos. An all-around wine which goes particularly well with fresh herbs, stir-fry, pizza, vegetables, salami and cheeses.

波特嘉酒廠

1977年，有著超過30年蒸餾酒經驗的阿爾多波帖卡（Aldo Bottega），在威尼斯北部約45公里處成立了波帖卡蒸餾酒廠（Distilleria Bottega），是義大利最有名的渣釀白蘭地（Grappa）生產酒廠之一。酒莊旗下有相當多品牌，無論是哪一個系列，都以美觀和可口為出發點，驗證了義大利充滿時尚風情的國族特色。

酒莊最響亮的品牌，包括了1987年推出的亞歷山大（Alexander）系列，主要針對越來越有品味的年輕人以及女士等消費族群，同時也首度使用人工吹製玻璃酒瓶，更加提升了Grappa的價值與地位。另有起家的同名系列Bottega，以及1992年另推出一款普賽克（Prosecco）氣泡酒，稱為詩人之酒（Il Vino dei Poeti）。這支酒讓波帖卡酒廠就此進入葡萄酒的市場。後來，而它後來也成為詩人酒窖（La Cantina dei Poeti）系列的眾多酒款之一。
