葡萄品種：黑皮諾 Pinot Noir, 夏多內 Chardonnay, 灰皮諾 Pinot Gris
使用三種品種釀造，以 Pinot Noir 為主體，舊世界釀酒技巧，少量釀造。

Imagine being slightly unhinged to the point of irresponsibility to go out of the way in order to create a reserve style Rosé from both red and white grape varietals.
Well, we did it. Breaking the rules by creating a Mediterranean classic. The light colour and gorgeous summer fruits from our Landmark Series Rosé is an elegant rebel that is crisp and dry to the finish.
Oozing with class and dripping with strawberries and cream this is a wine that should be on everyone's bucket list. It's just hands down the best Rosé going right now.
HOW IT GOES DOWN
The light colour and gorgeous summer fruits result in an elegant rebel that is crisp and dry in the finish. We are just so in love with this one because it goes so so well with the widest variety of dishes. But for a truly memorable night we recommend tapas, rich or creamy cheeses & freshly baked bread. This baby is also an absolute winner with fresh protein and salads.

Winemaking
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the grapes were harvested in the early morning and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using or selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.Deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted in small batch quantities, we crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark” – the attributes and characteristics of the selected single vineyards, which the grapes originated.
雲霧海灣酒莊 Misty Cove
來自紐西蘭 Marlborough 產區的高分王酒莊，榮獲無數金牌和高分，但莊主 Andrew Bailey 完全不在意分數和評鑑，認為葡萄酒的本質就是風土特色最純淨的表現型態，而葡萄酒也應該是拉近人與人關係的美好飲品。
Misty Cove 直譯「雲霧海灣」，取自南島 Te Koko-o-Kupe 海灣， 英國 Cook 船長在 1770 年來到此處，將此海灣命名為Cloudy Bay。
霧灣酒莊出產了多個系列葡萄酒，包括莊園系列（Estate Range）、簽名系列（Signature Range）和圖標系列（Icon Range）。其中莊園系列葡萄酒包括了長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）、灰皮諾（Pinot Gris）和黑皮諾（Pinot Noir）3種類型。單一葡萄園著名的簽名系列包括霞多麗（Chardonnay）、長相思和黑皮諾等，而圖標系列則是產量極低的系列葡萄酒。首次出產的圖標系列葡萄酒採用100%的橡木桶進行發酵並熟成。

You cannot mess with the best when it comes to smashing some serious cheddar across a spreadsheet. If it weren't for this fella, we'd probably have to give up our Gucci flip flops, Louis Vuitton Luxury Trunks and Summer's in Ibiza. Thanks Tim.
The Hustle
Fellow cricketer, Mister Jarrod "Jazz" Englefield has been a big part of the Misty Cove journey ever since he lost a bet to Andrew at a bar in Amsterdam. Ten or so years later, you'll no doubt find Jarrod wondering how he got hustled into selling wine for a living. Turns out, he has a gift. Mister Englefield is one of the greatest hustlers that the gods of wine ever created.
The Makers
Our sublimely talented team of winemakers - Nicky Parish and Emmanuel "Manu" Bolliger are the real deal. Nicky hails from Auckland via North Canterbury, and Emmanuel from South Africa via France. Safe to say, they walk the talk. And when they do walk into a pub - the music stops, heads bow, and the crowd parts like the Red Sea. True rockstars!
The Founder

The story of the Misty Cove brand started with one hard case South Islander. Back in 2008 Andrew Bailey set about crafting a wine company that produced incredible wines free from the tyranny of snobbery. From the beginning – from the wine making and vineyard work, to sales and marketing – Andrew set the foundation for a modern legacy of NZ winemaking that lives on today.
