酒莊偏向勃根地風格的旗艦紅酒，使用Clone 10/5 ，667& 777，葡萄來自 Fareham Lane 單一葡萄園。
法國橡木桶陳年 10 個月，40% 新桶，35% 一年舊桶以及 25% 二年舊橡木桶，適飲期 2021-2027。
飽滿的熟成黑櫻桃，花香，堅果，百里香等香氣，口感細緻，層次豐富。
Our Landmark Pinot Noir goes great with old denim and moody conversations about French existentialism. The sexy rebel of our Landmark Series, this drop is a stoic beauty. Our Pinot is Rouge Dior lipstick hugging a lit Gauloises in the dark alleyways of Prague. It is the David Bowie Berlin trilogy playing all night until the sun comes up and you say: "So long, until next time." And you know you'll never see her again. Yes, it's that bloody good.
THE PERFECT PAIRING
This baby is surely one to savour with great mates and good food. Enjoy with a juicy steak covered in creamy mushroom & black pepper sauce. To be honest though, our Pinot goes great with almost everything.

From Misty Cove's flagship Fareham Lane vineyard. Quite a fruit-bomb style with dark-fleshed plum, dark cherry, vanilla and a strong spicy oak influence. An appealing wine that is ready to drink now.

Winemaking
The fruit was sourced from our flagship Fareham Lane Vineyard. The parcels selected were a combination of our Clone 10/5 & 777. These were hand harvested and then gently processed.
The individual batches that make up this wine were treated traditionally, allowing the natural fruit concentration and ripe tannin structure to shine. After 10 months of maturation in 100% French oak barriques – 40% new, 35% 1-year-old with the balance 2-year-old. Only selected barrels were chosen for this gorgeously divine and complex blend.

來自紐西蘭 Marlborough 產區的高分王酒莊，榮獲無數金牌和高分，但莊主 Andrew Bailey 完全不在意分數和評鑑，認為葡萄酒的本質就是風土特色最純淨的表現型態，而葡萄酒也應該是拉近人與人關係的美好飲品。
Misty Cove 直譯「雲霧海灣」，取自南島 Te Koko-o-Kupe 海灣， 英國 Cook 船長在 1770 年來到此處，將此海灣命名為Cloudy Bay。
霧灣酒莊出產了多個系列葡萄酒，包括莊園系列（Estate Range）、簽名系列（Signature Range）和圖標系列（Icon Range）。其中莊園系列葡萄酒包括了長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）、灰皮諾（Pinot Gris）和黑皮諾（Pinot Noir）3種類型。單一葡萄園著名的簽名系列包括霞多麗（Chardonnay）、長相思和黑皮諾等，而圖標系列則是產量極低的系列葡萄酒。首次出產的圖標系列葡萄酒採用100%的橡木桶進行發酵並熟成。

His name is Tim May - but we call him 'the money', the 'lizard', the 'bones' of the business.. the fella who pays the big mofo bills. You cannot mess with the best when it comes to smashing some serious cheddar across a spreadsheet. If it weren't for this fella, we'd probably have to give up our Gucci flip flops, Louis Vuitton Luxury Trunks and Summer's in Ibiza. Thanks Tim.
The Hustle
Fellow cricketer, Mister Jarrod "Jazz" Englefield has been a big part of the Misty Cove journey ever since he lost a bet to Andrew at a bar in Amsterdam. Ten or so years later, you'll no doubt find Jarrod wondering how he got hustled into selling wine for a living. Turns out, he has a gift. Mister Englefield is one of the greatest hustlers that the gods of wine ever created.
The Makers
Our sublimely talented team of winemakers - Nicky Parish and Emmanuel "Manu" Bolliger are the real deal. Nicky hails from Auckland via North Canterbury, and Emmanuel from South Africa via France. Safe to say, they walk the talk. And when they do walk into a pub - the music stops, heads bow, and the crowd parts like the Red Sea. True rockstars!

The story of the Misty Cove brand started with one hard case South Islander. Back in 2008 Andrew Bailey set about crafting a wine company that produced incredible wines free from the tyranny of snobbery. From the beginning – from the wine making and vineyard work, to sales and marketing – Andrew set the foundation for a modern legacy of NZ winemaking that lives on today.
